In ….. 2022 I will travel to the Sudan to the shores of the RED Sea near Port Sudan.

Sudan, a country that just has recently emerged from a 30-year dictatorship to face the COVID-19 pandemic in the midst of the worst economic crisis. I want to show the strong will of the Sudanese to emerge from the crises they face.

My main goal is photographing small and bigger project initiatives that will enhance key sites at the coastal border, addressing environmental degradation and creating economic opportunities by sustainable development.

Some of these projects are helping Sudan to provide more development in their coastal communities as these project involves the to ensure biodiversity and protect natural resources,” PROJECT RSU  led by founder Henri Hemmerechts at the Red Sea University in Port Sudan involves to provide Business and Project Development to the faculty of marine sciences and fisheries.  One of the projects there involves a model diving academy for professional divers. This will prepare students for all facets of research diving that they may encounter for their respective projects.
